ADDITIONAL NOTES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, VONDAVIXEDMYHAIR will issue a full refund, excluding original shipping and insurance costs, as these are non-refundable.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
