After placing an order with customized items, including small or large cap sizes, colored wigs, and extra long-inch wigs, it typically takes 10–15 business days to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping time and costs may vary due to unexpected factors such as adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

It typically takes 4 business days for delivery within the United States and Canada. Shipping time varies by country from 5 to 14 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, VONDAVIXEDMYHAIR will issue a full refund, excluding original shipping and insurance costs, as these are non-refundable.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be fully processed after we receive the item.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

VONDAVIXEDMYHAIR does not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or partners.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible for a refund.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may be required to send it back to you. All returned goods are inspected upon receipt.
